Beginning with the earliest cave wall images there has existed an inherent human need to articulate stories, ideas and moods through pictures in paint.

Flash forward to now —to Walnut Creek and Valley Art Galley, where for the past 75 plus years, we're proud to say, we've been part of the story, gathering the most articulate original work from the best of East Bay artists and making it available to the local community.

Our spring show 'Art Articulated' features some 300 story-telling, mood-setting images across a wide range of styles, motifs, media and price points, sure to continue our long-time mission.
